Baker Associates Hydro Solutions (BAHS) undertake regulatory and compliance work relating to all aspects of the aquatic environment and water industry. On behalf of clients BAHS's experienced staff work with the Environment Agency and regulators to secure permission to proceed with regulated activities.

BAHS work to ensure clients projects comply with conditions and requirements set by the regulators. BAHS actively manage and seek to progress applications for all consented and licensed activities. Our staff have a long experience of working with, or even for, the Environment Agency and are thus skilled in securing permissions and consents where others may fail.
